A Different Kind of Understanding
When autism and ADHD overlap (AuDHD), it adds layers of complexity to social situations and sensory experiences. We look beyond the surface of behaviours and take time to understand your experiences in context—past and present.
Integrated Care: Psychiatry & Psychology
Because we offer both psychiatry and psychology, we provide a seamless journey from assessment to ongoing support. Whether you are seeking diagnostic clarity, medication management, or therapeutic strategies, we ensure you don't have to tell your story twice.
Why This Matters
Getting the right understanding can be life-changing. It brings clarity and a new way of making sense of long-standing challenges. We help you feel at home in your own skin and reclaim hope.
AuDHD Women & Girls
ADHD and autism often look different in women and girls—quieter, internalised, and frequently missed. In our integrated practice, we combine psychiatry and psychology services to provide a "one-stop" home for neurodivergent support. We take a thoughtful, nuanced approach to assessment—one that recognises how ADHD plus autism presents differently across the lifespan.
For Women
Understanding the Adult Experience
Many women learn to “mask” their difficulties from a young age—appearing to cope on the outside, while internally struggling with exhaustion and chronic self-doubt.
-
Ongoing overwhelm despite trying to stay composed.
-
Executive dysfunction affecting work and home life.
-
Burnout from "performing" a neurotypical life.
Our aim: Late-in-life diagnosis and unmasking.
For Girls
Early Intervention & Support
In girls, neurodivergence is often misunderstood or mistaken for anxiety, mood or personality.
We help families make sense
of their daughter's internal world.
-
Emotional sensitivity and feeling things deeply.
-
Inconsistent focus in educational settings.
-
Social complexities and sensory processing.
Our aim: Building self-acceptance from a young age.
